“I found myself in the English countryside near Gloucester, marvelling at ploughing equipment from the 16th century in a barn. Pieces of sculpture that were so beautifully engineered by hand… I was drawn to their flow of angles, connections, strong utilitarianism. The equipment - though aged - whispered stories of craftsmanship, of hands that formed the metal and carved the oak, creating tools to serve with strength and purpose.”
