Warranty

Didier guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing defects and faults for a period of 1 year.
Upholstery has limited warranty for 5 years and covers workmanship when subject to normal use and care as original specification.
Fabric durability is covered under the fabric manufactures warranty.

In the event that a product is proven to be faulty or defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most effective and efficient.

It should be noted that your guarantee does not cover:
– Breakage caused by negligent or improper use of the goods
– Damage or degradation by not adhering to product specification
– Damage in transit
– Changes by normal wear and tear
– Damage caused by lack of maintenance
– Damage due to accident or force
– Degradation of finish or structure caused by environmental factors

This is a return to Didier serviced warranty and excludes any transport, freight or third party costs associated with the claim. If the product is found to be defective under warranty conditions, the defective product should be properly packaged and sent to our place of origin and accompanied by proof of purchase. To enable us to evaluate all claims promptly, please write a description of the problem, with a photo and using diagrams.

Care & Maintenance

Didier products are designed for long use and enjoyment so we encourage to look after your valuable purchases.

– Dust with a dry, soft cloth
– Remove marks with a soft cloth dampened in lukewarm water and mild detergent
– Never use abrasive agents or detergents containing solvents
– Read product specifications as provided
– Avoid areas with heat, direct sunlight and moisture fluctuating temperatures
– Vacuum upholstery and rugs to remove dirt and dust
– Spills and stains should be treated immediately
– Fabrics and rugs can be professionally cleaned
